THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO REGISTER FOR LIGHTNING SOCCER:
#1 Fill out the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM (<– click here).
Then download and mail us the CAMP MEDICAL FORM* from the left-hand menu or bring it to camp on the first day. Online signups will receive the necessary camp information by email.
OR
#2 Download and mail us the CAMP REGISTRATION FORM* & CAMP MEDICAL FORM* from the left-hand menu. (Note: The application form secures a place in the camp. The Medical Form can be either mailed in subsequently or brought to camp on the first day). REMINDER IF DOWNLOADING FORMS:
DISCOUNTS ARE NOT TO BE SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT. Please pay the full deposit. This is $100 for all day camps & $150 for overnight camps. April Vacation Camp registrants pay the full fee ($150 SoccerJuniors or $180 Advanced). Your discount will be noted when you attend registration on the first day of camp. Note: deposits are non-refundable. For the April Vacation Camp the fee is refundable except for a $25 administrative fee.
